You’ll be greeted with smiles, not side-eye. Our classes are inclusive, empowering, and designed to meet you where you are—no matter your experience level.

Each session is led by well-trained, passionate instructors who guide you through safe, effective movement. You’ll learn proper form, get personalized cues, and feel confident knowing you’re in good hands.

Each class is a fully designed experience: a mix of warm-up, strength or mobility work, and cool-down. Expect variety, balance, and workouts that challenge you without overwhelming you.

Your First Class: What to Know

Nervous? Don’t be. Here’s how to get started:

  • Arrive early: Give yourself 10 extra minutes to check in and meet your coach.
  • Bring: Water bottle and a positive attitude. We have towels, mats and water to fill your bottle but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you have one you love!
  • Wear: Something comfy you can move in. That’s it. (Note that barre and reformer are barefoot. If you want to wear grippy socks, you’re welcome to, but no shoes.
