If you’ve never been to a group fitness class before, no worries! Our instructors will teach you everything you need to know once you are there. Over 70 classes a week at both locations! Led by our dynamic instructors, our classes are designed to help you thrive and motivate you at the times you need it the most. Group fitness classes are included for all members.

Powerhaus Description
Reps, sets, rounds...maybe a timer here and there but more focused on strength, power and metabolic conditioning than our typical Brickhaus class.  Powerhaus classes are typically a little shorter than Brickhaus but also a little more intense, however each member is able to go at their own pace to make the workout work for their fitness level.  We will use a variety of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, airbike, ski erg, rower and more.

Pilates Revolution Description
Our Pilates Revolution Class is a hybrid class using the Pilates Reformer Machine and Mat Pilates method including various other core, body weight exercises, arm weights, resistance bands, swiss balls, Pilates Magic Circle, to be done on a mat beside each reformer.  The class will be run on an interval timer switching between the mat and the Pilates Reformer exercises twice during class.  This class will include beginner, intermediate and advanced movements on the Pilates Reformer Machine and the Mat.  Mat exercises will be more core focused and Pilates Reformer exercises more lower body and upper body  focused.   Participants ideally have participated in our Introduction to Pilates Reformer and Pilates Reformer Level 1 Class. Hot Hatha Yoga 26 is a level 3 yoga class that consist of 26 postures and two breathing exercises.  This is a hot class and this yoga style is unique, because rather than flowing through postures (one breath per motion), you spend time in postures for your body to strengthen and remember them.  The poses are cardiovascular and will elevate your heart rate to burn calories.  Hatha is designed to relieve stress and tension, while the heat stimulates deep muscle release, improves your body's pliability, and deepens your yoga practice.  Hatha is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga for those experiencing illness, injury or chronic pain.

Pilates Reformer Level 1 Description
Level 1 beginner Pilates Reformer movements are the focus of this class.  The Pilates Reformer Machine will build Strength, Flexibility, Core and Balance.  If you have some previous or limited experience with the Pilates Reformer,  you will like the slower more relaxed pace of this class.  It will also prepare you for our Pilates Reformer Level 2 Class.
