What if I need to cancel my membership?

Please click a location below to send an email with your cancellation request. Your cancellation will be effective as of the date of the email as we are waiving our 30 day notice policy.

When will you reopen?

We reopened on Monday, May 4th under strict state guidelines.

How can I find updates?

You can check here for more updates, but our social media pages are updated more frequently. You can follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

How can I access online workouts?

Click HERE to send an email with a request to be added to our online training portal. This is for current members only. Be sure to give us your full name and location.

What services can you provide at this time?

In Fayetteville: we are providing a limited number of group fitness classes, held mostly outdoors as well as open gym hours. Please visit our schedule page to view the class schedule as well as the weight floor and cardio floor schedules. At this time we must require members to sign up for time slot to use the gym (cardio and weight floors) so we are able to control the number of people allowed and maintain proper spacing per state guidelines.

In Little Rock: We have moved classes back indoors with limited spots available based on social distancing requirements. Please use the app to book a spot in a class. Our weight and cardio floors are open and there is no reservation required, but social distancing requirements are posted and should be followed.

In addition to the above, we are still adding workouts to our social media pages as well as providing online training and Les Mills On Demand through our Clubhaus app.

What can I expect when I arrive?

When you arrive you must be wearing a mask and review the questions provided by the state regarding travel, contact with COVID-19 patients, and current health. If you answer YES to any of the questions you will not be allowed to enter the club. You will be asked to sanitize your hands and then briefed on the floor and equipment markings and how to sanitize equipment before and after use. You may remove your mask while you are actively exercising, but must put it back on when moving about the club. Feel free to give us a call if you have questions. We are lightly staffed so if we do not answer, please leave a message as we check them often and will get back to you.
