Our Signature Class, BRICKHAUS is a fast-paced High-Intensity Interval Training workout (30-45 minutes) intended to burn tons of calories in a short amount of time —A typical BRICKHAUS class will have you alternating between periods of maximum effort (think: 40 seconds of jumping jacks, kettlebell swings, rowers, TRX or ropes) and short rest or recovery. Dont worry if you’re new to fitness or CLUBHAUS, our BEGINNER BRICKHAUS is just the ticket to get a feel for the class, and our trainers are happy to modify for health conditions or injuries.
