Our summer bootcamp challenge will take place in Wilson Park. Breathe the fresh air while pushing yourself to blast away that fat you've been trying to get rid of.

One of the city's most popular parks, Wilson Park is located in the heart of Fayetteville and provides gorgeous scenery everywhere you look.

The many features of the park creates the perfect environment for a fun, refreshing, family-friendly bootcamp.

Don't worry about the kids. There's plenty to do at the park while you get your sweat on!

What is our Bootcamp Challenge?

Our 6-week bootcamps are designed to progress you each week so you achieve maximum results.

Each 60-min workout or "camp" is programmed to get your heart rate up while focusing on strength movements. This leads to IDEAL fat burning and muscle toning.

Each workout is built for ANY fitness level. It doesn't matter if you've never done a pushup or are a beast with kettlebells... Our trainers encourage each participate to push to his or her's personal limit while maintaining form and safety.

Come ready to learn! Because we're in a park, and not a conventional gym, you'll be learning NEW exercises and doing things your body has NEVER done, expanding your knowledge on fitness.

Our goal is to create an uplifting, supportive community of people who want to work hard, learn more, and CRUSH GOALS.

You'll simply need your body, a mat, and a pair of 5-20lb dumbbells.

What's included:

Up to 36 FAT BLASTER workouts held in gorgeous Wislon Park (6 weeks)

We recommend minimum 3x/week but you can come to as many as you want!

Custom nutrition tracking for every participant

Ever wondered how to eat sustainably? We'll show you how.

Starting, mid, and end body measurements/assessments

As much as we're about community and support, we're also about results. We'll provide you a way to track your progress.

Workouts tailored to any fitness level

As said above... we welcome all.

Nutrition Seminar (available as add-on)

This option is available exclusively to bootcamp participants serious about making a LASTING change.

Membership

We want to make sure you get the most out of this program. Feel free to enjoy yoga, pilates, spin, and our famous Brickhaus classes as they're included at no additional cost. (Doesn't apply in 10-packs or Drop-ins)

Available Bootcamp Times

Mon/Wed/Fri - 6:00 A.M.

Tues/Thurs - 6:00 P.M.

Sat - 8:00 A.M.

SESSIONS START MAY 6th

(more sessions may be added please email us if you can't make these times)

If you would like to participate, please put a non-refundable $50 deposit down to hold your place in the program.

The remainder will be due on the start date.

If you do not put a deposit down there is no guarantee we'll have a place for you.
