From pee wee to college, sports played a huge role in my life, mainly basketball--and with that comes lots of injuries. From knee surgeries, to lordosis and joint problems, I have been in and out of physical therapy and special recovery training every year I played. This and my medical background has been able to aid in my passion for living a healthy lifestyle. To me, fitness isn’t just about looking good, it is about feeling good—inside and out (as cheesy as that sounds). To be a personal trainer means to be able to help others who struggle with motivation and confidence to overcome their fears and various obstacles and be the healthiest version of themselves. Working out should not be a chore! There is so much more to fitness, and I would LOVE to talk about it with YOU!
