My name is Jodi Stengle. I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I enjoy living an active lifestyle with my three daughters. I started working out after I had my first daughter, twelve years ago, and found the importance of being able to keep up with a baby!
I began my serious work out journey four years ago when I committed to an exercise program and have not stopped ever since! I decided to get my training certificate after meeting so many women, like myself, that could use the motivation and direction I found in my own journey. I have made so many friends and love to encourage others to find their "RAWR"!!
My past experience includes R.A.D. womens self defense, yoga, and Les Mills body pump. I am a traditional weight lifter but I also like to incorporate kettle bells and TRX suspension training
