Ben from a young age lived an athletic lifestyle, excelling primarily in baseball. Throughout High School and College he formed a passion for fitness that is still prevalent in his life. In 2010 he began doing Crossfit, and became certified as a Level 1 Trainer, as well as a certification in Olympic Lifting taught by former U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Coach Mike Burgener. Ben competed as an athlete within Crossfit, and went to team Regionals in Chicago in 2012.
Ben incorporates high intensity interval training; kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, Olympic bar work, and many other movements within his classes. He is available for 1 on 1 training, as well as small group training.
