If you’ve never been to a group fitness class before, not to worry! Our instructors will teach you everything you need to know once you are there. Over 70 classes a week at all 3 locations! Led by our dynamic instructors, our classes are designed to help you thrive and motivate you at the times you need it the most. Group fitness classes are included for all members.
