I am not a member, can I purchase a Guest Pass?

Yes! Guest Passes are available for $15 per day at all locations. Here for a week? Weekly passes are available for $35.

What is MYZONE™?

MYZONE™ is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE™ Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE™ is available at all 3 locations with screens throughout our facilities for monitoring. For more information on this amazing technology, ask the front desk for a demo, or go to www.myzone.org

How do I sign up for Personal Training?

Contact the desk at any of our locations to get paired with one of our certified Personal Trainers who can customize a plan to help you achieve your fitness goals on your schedule. Need a more affordable option or flexible with times? Try our Small Group Training with your own group or we can assemble one for you. All fitness levels are welcome, and our trainers will be ready with modifications as necessary.

WHAT IS FitRanX™?

FitRanX ™ is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect. Ask a trainer to help you get started and track your success!

Are Group Exercise Classes an extra cost to my membership?

Your CLUBHAUS FITNESS membership entitles you to access over 70 classes a week, including our signature BRICKHAUS and POWERHAUS training classes. Additional charges only apply to Small Group Personal Training and one-on-one Personal Training.

Your signature class BRICKHAUS is described as High-intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)...what is that, is it for beginners?

Just because you’re new to fitness doesn’t mean high-intensity interval training isn’t for you. BRICKHAUS is a fast-paced workout (30-45 minutes) intended to burn tons of calories in a short amount of time. A typical BRICKHAUS class will have you alternating between periods of maximum effort (think: 40 seconds of jumping jacks, kettlebell swings, rowers, or ropes) and short rest or recovery.

Where should I park in Downtown Fayetteville?

Members and guests of CLUBHAUS FITNESS receive a parking decal to enable free parking in our private lot in front of our building while they are inside our facility. Overflow parking is also available in The Dickson parking garage while you are in our facility.

Can I modify my workout for injuries?

If you’re just getting into fitness — or starting over after an injury — the key to success lies in going at your own pace. Listen to your body. Our CLUBHAUS FITNESS Instructors and Trainers are happy to modify each movement for you to ensure your safety and best results. Just ask!

Do you require a Contract to join?

No. CLUBHAUS FITNESS does not require a contract. Your membership dues are set up on a month-to-month draft. Should you need to cancel, we require a completed cancellation form and 30 days notice prior to your draft date.

What should I bring with me?

We offer complimentary cucumber water, towels, body wash, shampoo, and keyed lockers in our upscale locker rooms. We have shakes, smoothies, and bottled water available for purchase. We also sell a variety of t-shirts, leggings, and other apparel. All of our cardio equipment is compatible with most electronic devices and Apple products. OUR COFFEE IS ALWAYS FREE!

Does my membership work at all 3 Locations?

Yes. CLUBHAUS FITNESS members can access both Fayetteville locations and our Little Rock location as well.

What is HOT YOGA?

Our yoga studios are heated with infrared panels that can heat the space to 85 degrees. These classes combine yoga postures synced with your breath, fun and challenging balancing series, and core work designed to add a bit of fire to your life. Come hydrated, bring water, and be prepared to sweat. These well-rounded classes will leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated. Not your thing? Unwind in many of our warm and unheated yoga options as well.
