HOT Vinyasa Yoga
A derivative form of Ashtanga Yoga that employs the technique of "connecting movement with ujjayi breath, this class is a steady flow of asanas moving consistently from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, the practice of personal awareness and the breath. This class is practiced in a heated room of 98 degrees for increased flexibility and ridding the body of toxins. This challenging and flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit. It is an intermediate class that incorporated inversions, backbends, and forearm balances at all levels.
Heated Beginning Yoga
For beginning students and for students wishing to practice at a moderate pace. This class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. This is a wonderful class to learn the art of vinyasa yoga and experience principles for de-stressing your life. Open to all ages and all levels, this practice will leave you feeling light and renew your spirit.

Starting April 3rd, our highly-praised Hot Yoga instructor Krista DeBuhr is offering a summer yoga class held at Wilson Park. Please bring your own mat.
Saturday 9:30 (meet at 9am for Pre-Yoga Run)

Yoga Instructor Krista DeBuhr
Krista J. DeBuhr teaches energetic practice that tones the body, disciplines the mind, and moves the soul. She teaches 12 classes a week at snerQ yoga studio of Clarksville and also teaches Yoga I and Yoga II at the University of the Ozarks. She has studied all over the US including Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga in Cleveland,OH, Bikram training in Dallas, TX, Ashtanga in La Jolla, CA, Yoga Flow in Boulder, CO and has favorite teachers in Aspen, Chicago, New York, Austin and Miami. Krista loves sharing yoga. It has moved her life to a more healthy, authentic, and loving place.

Heated Beginner Yoga at 2:00 - 3:15 PM
HOT Vinyasa Yoga at 3:30 - 4:45PM
PLEASE NOTE - there is a difference in the pace, heat, and levels of the two classes so please choose according to your skill level and desire of difficulty and movement.
Ease on Down Yoga & Teen Yoga
Featuring Joy Caffrey, Ease On Down combines the power of meditation with yoga for a unique healing class for adults.
Our Teen Yoga class is designed with the growing adolescent in mind. Joy Caffrey guides through an hour of stretching and relaxation designed for teens.
