HOT Vinyasa Yoga - 4:00 pm Sunday

Vinyasa Yoga is a derivative form of Ashtanga Yoga that employs the technique of "connecting movement with ujjayi breath". The class is a steady flow of asanas moving consistently from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, the practice of personal awareness and the breath.

This challenging and flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit.

HOT Yoga is designed to detoxify the body while allowing practitioners to safely come deeper into the poses. Due to the heat, the stretches are easier on the ligaments and joints. This class helps with accelerated weight loss, stress reduction, improved balance, more developed muscle tone, lower blood pressure, headache relief, improved concentration and a greater love of life!
