Looking for a Personal Trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals? Our versatile staff of professional trainers can help. Clubhaus offers customized personal training to jumpstart muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.

Get ready to jump start your routine by losing that unwanted weight and toning up at the same time. Bootcamp is small group training meeting three times each week. Sessions are limited in participants to provide a more personalized experience at a group rate. Instructor Joy Irvin incorporates weightlifting, plyometric circuits, cardiovascular training and much more.

$45 per week (member and non-member)
