Get ready to jump start your routine by losing that unwanted weight and toning up at the same time. Bootcamp is small group training meeting three times each week. Sessions are limited in participants to provide a more personalized experience at a group rate. Instructor Joy Irvin incorporates weightlifting, plyometric circuits, cardiovascular training and much more.
A combination of Pilates, Strength Training and Cardio 5 Sessions $75 (members) As a new member of Clubhaus Fitness, you will be given a comprehensive fitness evaluation and club orientation from one of our professional trainers.
