A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Truly a fitness class for the 21st Century, BODYFLOW brings mind and body into perfect harmony. Try this revolutionary, holistic approach to fitness.


BODYCOMBAT combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that's all out fun.


A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.


Take the ultimate ride! RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive.

Bootcamp style class using rowers, kettlebells, ropes and bodyweight exercises to get you in top shape!

ZUMBA
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!

Femme Fatale (*fee based)
Led by Stacy Wilcox this class consists of poise, grace, balance and strength. This exercise program is unique because it balances the art of ballet, modern, and jazz with weight resistance, interval training, and Pilates. The ballet-based barre routines are packed with muscle de?ning isometric exercises that work to lift the thighs and seat muscles. Through interval training sets, your muscles will be targeted, overloaded, fatigued, and then released in the barre/ ?oor stretches. Hot Haus, is intense, and effective, but never boring. With motivating music, and unique choreography, you will be able to design a sexy, lean, and graceful body, and have fun at the same time! You will need: Ballet, or Jazz shoes, or Dance Paws ( if you do not want to purchase dance shoes, make sure to bring a pair of socks that are not too slippery).

PowerHaus Pilates
PowerHaus Pilates is a small group training class including TRX straps, Kettlebells and Pilates Reformers. These small group training classes are held once a week and sold in packages of 5 for 87.50 (17.50 per session) or 10 for 135.00 (15.00 per session and a 10% discount) or as a drop in fee when space is available for 20.00. Minimum of 4 people per group and Maximum of 8.Included in the packages are body fat testing, fitness planning and acountablity.
