KINDRA WILLIAMSON

I am Kindra Williamson - Personal Trainer, Mom, Wife, and Health Advocate. I love food, fitness and changing people's lives.
Growing up in Panama-Central America allowed me to explore and embrace the outdoors. I have a passion for both weight lifting and endurance races. I'm a two-time Ironman finisher and recently did the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim Crossing.
Fitness is an integral part of my everyday life and I want to share my vision and embark on this journey of healthy living with all of my clients!

JIM GOZA

Growing up as a professional actor, I quickly learned that being at my peak of physical strength and conditioning would aid me in performing at my best, night after night, show after show for years and years.  Through exploring the avenue of wellbeing (diet, exercise, brain function, etc.), my passion for exercise eclipsed my passion for performing and, while it was a tough decision to make, I knew I would find joy as a Personal Trainer.

Certified through the AFAA and The Onnit Academy, I enjoy teaching group classes, training small groups and doing one-on-one sessions with my clients.  I love to motivate, teach discipline, and help not only my clientele, but also the community excel with all things wellness-related.  The mantra of Clubhaus resonates deeply with me and I think it's the key to unlocking a great life to live: "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Planet."

MEGHAN BARRINGTON

Meghan obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology, is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is currently a working towards a Masters degree in Athletic Training.  While pursuing a career working with athletes, she is constantly learning about injury prevention, rehabilitation, muscle development, and nutrition.  She has been applying these principles to her programming since she was an undergraduate, which have helped herself and clients lose fat, gain strength and build muscle. With a full class schedule and a heavy clinical load, Meghan emphasizes the importance of time management, efficient programming, and proper nutrition to provide optimal results.  

 “When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot become manifest, strength cannot be exerted, wealth is useless, and reason is powerless.”  Health is wealth. Everyone deserves to know how good their body was designed to feel…and with passion, a plan, persistence, anyone can achieve their goals. 

STUART WALKER

Stuart Walker is the owner and founder of Clubhaus Fitness.  He is an AFAA certified personal trainer, Balance Body Pilates, and Yogafit Level 1 Yoga Instructor.  Stuart enjoys helping those who are starting a fitness routine for the first time, or getting back into a fitness routine after awhile. His training style and classes are non-intimidating, fun and perfect for beginners.

BEN SCISM

Ben from a young age lived an athletic lifestyle, excelling primarily in baseball.  Throughout High School and College he formed a passion for fitness that is still prevalent in his life. In 2010 he began doing Crossfit, and became certified as a Level 1 Trainer, as well as a certification in Olympic Lifting taught by former U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Coach Mike Burgener.  Ben competed as an athlete within Crossfit, and went to team Regionals in Chicago in 2012.


Ben incorporates high intensity interval training; kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, Olympic bar work, and many other movements within his classes. He is available for 1 on 1 training, as well as small group training.


JOY IRVIN


Joy is the mother of 4 children who knows how to train hard and effectively motivate others. Joy became a personal trainer in 2005 during her career as a professional boxer, however, she has been interested in fitness since childhood. Growing up, Joy competed in various sports and excelled as a track athlete, but by 2002 Joy took up professional boxing. Through her love of boxing, she began to train others, eventually realizing her desire to become certified in personal training.

Joy's certifications include AFAA personaltraining, Expert Rating personal training, ACE pre and post natal, LesMills Bodypump certified. 

 BEN WELLS

Ben has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. With a degree in Wellness/Fitness he has worked in corporate wellness, commercial fitness equipment sales, and personal training. Ben is certified through the Cooper Institute in Dallas and will work with any age and any fitness level. His sessions are power packed, focusing on the client's goals and achieving them through high intensity intervals and super sets mixing cardio and strength training.

A fit lifestyle was passed along to Ben's 20 year old twin daughters. One is a sprinter at the University of Missouri and the other a Crossfit athlete that competed in the 2015 Crossfit Games.
