I am Kindra Williamson - Personal Trainer, Mom, Wife, and Health Advocate. I love food, fitness and changing people's lives.
Growing up in Panama-Central America allowed me to explore and embrace the outdoors. I have a passion for both weight lifting and endurance races. I'm a two-time Ironman finisher and recently did the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim Crossing.
Fitness is an integral part of my everyday life and I want to share my vision and embark on this journey of healthy living with all of my clients!
Growing up as a professional actor, I quickly learned that being at my peak of physical strength and conditioning would aid me in performing at my best, night after night, show after show for years and years. Through exploring the avenue of wellbeing (diet, exercise, brain function, etc.), my passion for exercise eclipsed my passion for performing and, while it was a tough decision to make, I knew I would find joy as a Personal Trainer.
Certified through the AFAA and The Onnit Academy, I enjoy teaching group classes, training small groups and doing one-on-one sessions with my clients. I love to motivate, teach discipline, and help not only my clientele, but also the community excel with all things wellness-related. The mantra of Clubhaus resonates deeply with me and I think it's the key to unlocking a great life to live: "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Planet."
Meghan obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology, is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is currently a working towards a Masters degree in Athletic Training. While pursuing a career working with athletes, she is constantly learning about injury prevention, rehabilitation, muscle development, and nutrition. She has been applying these principles to her programming since she was an undergraduate, which have helped herself and clients lose fat, gain strength and build muscle. With a full class schedule and a heavy clinical load, Meghan emphasizes the importance of time management, efficient programming, and proper nutrition to provide optimal results.
